A heart filled with inspiration is all that we know since the very existence of DPS Mathura and that’s gave us the ambition of marching forward till excellence is achieved in all our endeavours. The resplendent campus of DPS Mathura,an Infrastructural masterpiece, is located on the Delhi-Mathura National Highway ,Approxmateil 15 Kilometres from main Mathura city. The total campus area is about 15 acres.

This annual report of DPS Mathura is comprised of the achievements and excellence made during the year gone by and at the same time set the path for greater accomplishments in the year to come. Keeping the legacy alive, we DPS Mathura has always stepped forward and come up with distinctive propositions for the overall development of its students. Delhi Public school Mathura is a ladder to bestow the flaws to clean into vibrant shades. We heartedly invite you to glimpse all our expedition and hardships and excitements celebrated as we march towards success.

We take pleasure in summing up all our commitments which carried us to face various challenges in our drive through, during successful academic year 2020–21.

Management

The grand expedition is conceded by our DPS management who believes with a selfless approach to make access the fruits of education for those learners. The credit of sowing the seed to develop this sea of knowledge is endorsed by DPS Mathura management. Our management’s Constant hard handworks and dedication reserve a seat of gratitude in the account of DPS Mathura.

Teaching Faculty

Like a beautiful sunrise and the vivid colours bright in the world, DPS Mathura is blessed with talented teaching faculty to guide and mark every child with glittering colours. DPS Mathura teaching staff is full of compassion and dedication filled with dazzling ideas to create a spark in the young minds and introduce dps brand champions to the world.

Reopening

A new day signifies a new beginning, blooming with full of sunshine, Heaven sketched with colourful rainbows and a pocket full of dreams with an innocent smile. As we were all set at our tasks in the month of March for the upcoming session, the news regarding the pandemic struck our world hard! We once again proved ourselves to be unstoppable! We introduced students with study materials, tutorial video and zoom digital platform for learning with the blessings of God we began our scholastic year 2020-2021 on April 3, 21. This challenging first day signifies as our evergreen memories filled with hopes in our little hearts as a student stepped into the digital platform with lots of eagerness and excitement. Keeping ourselves up with the pace of the modern world, DPS Mathura was the first school to adapt the complete digitisation which transformed the entire school course through digital platform which enhanced communication with parents and children.
Parents were able to keep a real-time track of the status of the child’s attendance, fees status periodic results and school circulars through Accevate school portal and broadcast messages. Parents had a direct access to communicate with the class teacher for regular update of their child. Evening slot was provided to parents to get their queries resolved to their satisfaction. Making our students globally relevant which was a Need of an hour and with the same idea, we introduced webinars like Coffee Art, Mental and Physical Fitness, Spell bee, Gratitude, COVID 19 Awareness throughout the session. The teacher training sessions were conducted by Dps Society. Students were enlightened about the awareness of national and international days through special assemblies. These sessions were an attempt which inclusively engulfed various significant aspects like moral values, life skills, stress management, communication skills, etc. Attending teachers further shared the knowledge with other fellow teachers.

Competitions

The glory of competitions comes from dedication and desire, it frames your character, it imparts you to participate, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win or lose it drills your life. Competitions like quiz, storytelling, poem recitations, mask making, and many more were organised to provide the young minds a wonderful opportunity to enhance their skills.The best journey in life are those that answer questions who have never heard before.
During COVID-19 virtual tours were organised. It created a space to experience the other page of light. A little minds were given an opportunity to get to learn about facts of life around them.

Co-curricular Activities

Olympiad Exams

Real learning comes about when the competitive spirit has an ambitious desire. To bring out the deep knowledge and thirst of our students from grade nursery to grade VIII was one way through Olympiad exams for English, Maths, science and general knowledge. Many of them were on the challenge of securing medals and certificates which added proud moment to DPS Mathura.

Facilities

DPS Mathura provides its students with facilities that are in par with international schools. Pre-Primary , Primary and Senior students have separate designated blocks with ample facilities designed to meet their requirements.

Library

The school has well-stocked library with an impressive index of titles, covering fiction and non-fiction, periodicals, magazines, and newspapers.
The school has well equipped computer lab supported by internet facility.

Projectors in every classroom is used as an educational collaborative device to facilitate classroom teaching and digital learning.

Scholastic and Co-Scholastic Activity Rooms

DPS Mathura has designated areas for various scholastic and non-scholastic activities which include well-equipped Music rooms, Dance rooms and Art Room.

Pre Primary Classrooms

These well-equipped and spacious classrooms provide a wide variety of resources aimed at achieving the interest of little young minds during recreation as well as during specific class activities.

Sports Room

Our Sports room consist variety of Indoor games such as Badminton, Carrom, Billiards, Chess, Ludo, etc. to refresh the wellness of our students.

Medical Room

The School has well-equipped health units for Students to undergo regular growth assessments like medical check-ups and a health record is maintained for each student. It also consist of First aid in case of Emergency.

Safety and Security

The safety and security of our students is our priority in school. In order to provide a secure environment for our students, the school has installed CCTV cameras around the school campus to ensure safety at all times.

Transport

Mercedes Benz Buses as the best Transport service is facilitated by our school for the convenience of its students. For supervision and monitoring, a transport attendant is on board throughout the safe journey.

Affiliation

DPS Mathura is now recognised by CBSE till Senior Secondry Classes. The Members of board Panel were very much impressed by the Ambience and Prerequisites provided to the students.

Conclusion

We shape every oyster in the sea of DPS Mathura to nourish into a fabulous personality in the society which embarks goodness of the vision of the school.
Towards the end, I would like to thank supportive management for the continuous guidance which has enabled the school to come this far. Teachers and other staff members also deserve a big round of applause for their tireless efforts in implementing quality education. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the parents and students who has shown continuous unflinching faith in us.
